I was required to set up an Order
Form from Emerson's thousands of items. I chose items that I feel are generally safe. However, if you are
on prescription medication, you must determine if there are any drug interactions with supplements. Perhaps ask your
pharmacist.
Also, when there was a choice, I made available food based supplements.
This means they are real foods reduced to pill form. You may notice that the amounts in mg. are usually less than what
you are used to. This is normal when you are receiving supplementation from real food sources as all the co-factors
are available so that your body can utilize the nutrients without taking megadoses.
